It is with regret that I observe several shortcomings in your hotel, which significantly fall below the standards expected of a 4-star establishment, or at the very least, are not adequately communicated compare to the price range you charge. Services - Parking: The lack of free parking and the distant, expensive alternatives undoubtedly hinder the comfort and satisfaction of guests. Parking is an important consideration for guests, and I would suggest considering providing free or discounted parking options. In the meantime, it is crucial to clearly communicate the available options to avoid any confusion among guests. General Comfort - Air Conditioning: The old and noisy air conditioning not only disrupts sleep but also introduces unpleasant noise and dry air, causing additional issues. Replacing or maintaining such equipment would enhance the overall comfort experienced in the rooms. General Comfort - Room Size: The cramped layout of the rooms and the dry air from the AC collectively have a negative impact on guests' relaxation and comfort also causes dry cough and skin dry. A more spacious and comfortable design would improve the overall guest experience, but at the very least, guests should be informed if they are booking a room with these conditions. Decoration and Design: Based on reviews, the bathroom seems to be the only noteworthy element in terms of design. It is essential to enhance the design and decoration throughout the entire hotel to meet the standards of a 4-star establishment. Based on the overall experience, I feel that the current state of the hotel is more in line with a 3-star or lower Airbnb accommodation, and it does not justify the current pricing.

Stayed here two nights. Rooms were clean and loved the modern shower and bathroom. Rain shower head is super nice. The bedding was all new but if you can’t handle a firm mattress this may not be for you. The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming and even helped us with our bags on the lift. Rooms were quiet at night. The location seemed good to get to most places we wanted to visit. The breakfast buffet was really big with a wide variety of items. See photos. They even had gluten free items. Fresh fruit yogurt many types of breads cakes etc. I would stay here again for breakfast and location.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! It is in a perfect location, just a block from the canal and three blocks from the Adriatic. It was pristinely clean, comfortable, and modern. The shower was magnificent with a huge shower head, great water pressure, and plenty of hot water. The staff was nice, friendly, and extremely helpful. We recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Trieste. We were sad to leave!

The location was great, although parking was a bit tricky - we had to park on the street with the blinker on while we unloaded the luggage and then our minibus didn't fit in the garage box they offered - recommend parking at Molo IV with bigger cars. The staff was really nice, except for the lady at breakfast who was not really apologetic about serving gluten free bread that was expired (BY 3 MONTHS). The rooms were okay-ish, although we were on the top floor and there was a strange gurgling sound coming from the bathroom the whole time, and the 3-person room is really small for three people. In terms of cleanliness, there was a bit of mold in the shower stall - it's not ventilated, so I'm guessing it happens.

A great place and utmost friendly staff. Located directly in the Centre, one can explore the city right away. Harbour, oldtown and landmarks within walking distance. We enjoyed a family room with two separate bedrooms and a superb bathroom. Car can be parked at Molo 4, approx 500 m distance to hotel. Secured Peking for €15 per day. We will certainly come back. Such a nice Place to stay in.
